Your future opportunity with us
BizScout is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team and help build the systems that power our demand generation, CRM, and customer lifecycle programs. As a foundational member of the marketing team, you’ll own the tech stack, automate processes, drive reporting, and ensure data integrity - all while helping us scale our campaigns and customer touchpoints with precision and impact.
In this role you will work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering team members to execute strategic marketing operations that directly contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in offshore time zones who can overlap with U.S. (CST) working hours.
What your day-to-day would look like:
- Implement, manage, and optimize marketing automation tools like Customer.io and HubSpot to execute multi-step campaigns at scale
- Design and maintain marketing workflows, segment audiences, and manage contact databases for maximum deliverability and relevance
- Manage campaign execution including email loading/scheduling, list management, and creative asset formatting (emails, landing pages, ad copy)
- Create dashboards, track performance metrics, and analyze data using CRM and analytics tools to surface actionable insights
- Configure platform triggers, ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and conduct A/B testing to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives and support end-to-end campaign operations from strategy to execution
- Train internal team members on tools and processes while maintaining documentation, QA standards, and process consistency
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 2+ Years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Ops, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
- Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce), including building and managing end-to-end campaigns
- Strong technical marketing skills including basic HTML for email templates, integrations, and platform configurations
- Proven ability to analyze data and create performance dashboards; comfortable working in metrics-focused environments
- Skilled in process design and optimization—able to streamline campaign workflows and enhance efficiency
- Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and how to build processes that align with legal standards
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and fast-moving startup environments

- Contribute to a live campaign setup or workflow QA

- Begin owning campaign execution and segmentation in Customer.io or HubSpot
- Collaborate on a reporting dashboard for campaign performance
- Identify at least one improvement to workflow automation or deliverability
30 Days
- Take full ownership of at least one campaign or lifecycle journey
- Lead QA and performance tracking for multiple campaign types
- Proactively recommend process or tool changes based on early learnings
- Have a clear roadmap for marketing operations improvements in the next 90 days
