Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with both creative flair and analytical acumen — someone who not only builds campaigns but is a brand. 

This role is perfect for a strategic digital marketer with a personal presence or influencer mindset — someone who understands how to build authentic engagement, create viral moments, and leverage storytelling to elevate Reviver Global’s voice across global audiences. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies across social, digital, and traditional channels. 

  • Build, manage, and elevate Reviver Global’s brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media spaces. 

  • Assist in the development and management of the Social Presence of Reviver’s Co-CEOs 

  • Act as an online ambassador — representing the brand through your own personal presence and thought leadership (in collaboration with company leadership). 

  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other performance channels). 

  • Oversee content creation: videos, blogs, social posts, newsletters, and campaigns that drive community engagement. 

  • Manage brand consistency across all messaging, visuals, and public communications. 

  • Manage and mentor the Marketing coordinator. 

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation goals with marketing initiatives. 

  • Analyze campaign data, engagement metrics, and ROI to refine strategy and maximize reach. 

  • Collaborate with the OBOD (Office of Business and Organizational Development) on brand governance, tone of voice, and cross-departmental initiatives. 

  • Stay ahead of social and digital trends — always testing, innovating, and iterating. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or brand management. 

  • Proven success managing paid campaigns and driving measurable engagement and growth. 

  • Strong personal social presence, content creation experience, or influencer-style branding ability. 

  • Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, trends, and digital storytelling. 

  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite). 

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills. 

  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong asset. 

  • Comfortable being “the face of the brand” when needed — including appearing in videos, interviews, or thought leadership pieces. 

  • Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
