Ensure thorough preparation, seamless coordination, and effective execution for all events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Organize and manage major industry events (RSA, Black Hat, Gartner Security Summit, etc.) and field and partner events that deliver strong awareness and contribution to pipeline.
- Oversee all aspects of event management and logistics to ensure high quality execution of all marketing, branding, and communications.
- Collaborate with designers on booth graphics, email templates, and collateral for events.
- Develop relationships with sales teams and channel partners to create activities unique to their audience to assist in driving revenue.
- Work and communicate effectively with executive and senior level management
- Support key internal events (Sales Kick Off, Advisory Councils, etc.,)
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop event messaging, collateral, and demo materials
- Provide post event analysis, budget recaps, internal and client feedback and incorporate learning into future event plans
- EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience in events management (cybersecurity events a plus)
- Exceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated, articulate, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork
- Great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
- Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully.
- Must have ownership of work and be a proactive thinker.
- Experience with Hubspot.
- Some travel required
