Job Description:

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team in a full-time, remote position. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating engaging content and managing social media strategies for our diverse client base. Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling and engaging content for various platforms, with a special focus on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Manage and curate social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Contribute to website content updates and maintenance, ensuring fresh and relevant information
  • Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies
  • Support the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for both B2B and B2C clients
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work


Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, with a portfolio showcasing your work
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style for different brands and audiences
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to incorporate them into content creation
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices
  • Familiarity with website content management systems
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with UK-based clients and team members
  • Passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have equivalent experience
