Title: Marketing and Design Specialist

Desired Experience: A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field or the ability to demonstrate proven experience in these areas. **Portfolio and/or work-sample submissions are required for further consideration. Type: 1099 contract, flexible, 100% remote (will preferably reside in EST or CST time zone)
Pay: $20-$45/hr
Hours: Part-time, 15-25/week

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing and Design Specialist to promote our company, clients and services as well as engage with industry leaders and proactively contribute to our industry via curated content.

Responsibilities:

· Create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, both digital and physical, such as videos, infographics, websites, brochures, presentation, postcards, flyers, and merchandise utilizing graphic design skills.

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass various digital channels, including social media platforms, website, SEO, and more. Design and manage connectivity to our CRM platform and its integration with various team members and automated systems.

· Analyze customer data to identify target audiences in the construction, real estate, hospitality, financial and professional services industries and formulate strategies to reach and engage them effectively.

· Manage social media accounts, curate engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand visibility and client/peer engagement.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

· Find and manage venues to promote our expertise and leadership in the construction, real estate, hospitality, financial and professional services industries.

· Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide reports.

· Utilize content writing skills to create engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials and digital platforms.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics.

· Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). **Portfolio and/or work-sample submissions are required for further consideration.

· CRM proficiency: PipeDrive & Hubspot currently utilized.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Creativity and a passion for marketing and design.

· Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to follow instructions, work well within a team, and contribute to collaborative efforts.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
