Type: 12-Months Fixed-Term Contract (Temp to Perm)
Location: Cape Town - Hybrid (Primarily Remote)

What You'll Do

• Manage client communications and support portal usage
• Capture and maintain course content in our systems
• Create engaging multimedia content for m-learning platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Research trends, analyze feedback, and refine content
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to branding standards

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or degree in education, instructional design, or multimedia
• 1–2 years of content creation experience (preferably medical or m-learning)
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia tools
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office collaboration
