The Junior Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing day-to-day interactions across platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, with opportunities to collaborate on influencer initiatives and support broader marketing efforts.
Write compelling, on-brand social media copy tailored to target audiences
Create engaging visuals using tools like Canva, with the option to incorporate GPT for content creation
Support the development and execution of the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts
Collaborate on influencer and brand content to drive organic growth
Community Engagement
Engage with the online community through comments, direct messages, and conversations
Maintain a positive and consistent brand presence across platforms
Respond to inquiries and foster meaningful audience interactions
Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate insights into content
Influencer Marketing
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, brand-aligned content
Leverage AI tools to support content creation while maintaining a human tone
Build and maintain relationships with influencers to increase brand visibility
Monitoring & Optimization
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement
Optimize content based on platform-specific requirements and audience behavior
Continuously evaluate and refine content effectiveness
Social Prospecting (Light)
Support social prospecting efforts through messaging outreach under sales team guidance
Contribute to lead generation through social channels
1+ years of experience in social media management or related roles, with a focus on content creation and community engagement
Skills
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Experience with GPT-assisted content creation
Ability to develop and execute content strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including understanding of American culture
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
Experience with influencer marketing and brand content is a plus
