We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS company building AI-powered products. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable growth programs across acquisition, activation, and conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and understands how to market technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions to modern SaaS buyers.
Design and execute growth marketing strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
Own full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion flows
Optimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworks
Partner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectively
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates
Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact
Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging
Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
Experience in high-growth or Series B+ SaaS companies
Familiarity with product-led growth or freemium motions
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools
Exposure to AI-first or highly technical SaaS products
Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo (or similar)
CRM: Salesforce
Analytics & Experimentation: Google Analytics, Looker, Optimizely (or similar)
Paid Media: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
