Growth Marketing & AI Operator
About the Role
A hands-on, execution-focused Growth Marketing Operator is needed to drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels using AI as a productivity multiplier.
This is not a strategy-only role. The ideal candidate builds, launches, tracks, and optimizes campaigns independently. They are comfortable owning execution across email, paid ads, SEO, analytics, and automation workflows.
The Growth Marketing Operator must be data-driven, systems-oriented, and confident managing multiple performance channels simultaneously. Success in this role is measured by increased traffic, improved lead flow, clean tracking infrastructure, and continuous efficiency gains through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Create and send at least one email campaign per week.
Own copywriting, segmentation, design build, and performance analysis.
Optimize subject lines, flows, and targeting based on data.
Maintain clean list hygiene and segmentation logic.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads)
Manage campaigns end-to-end.
Conduct keyword research and build campaign structures.
Write ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
Monitor budgets and optimize performance.
Improve conversion rates through ongoing testing.
SEO & Content Optimization
Update and optimize blog content.
Monitor keyword rankings and search performance.
Implement on-page SEO improvements.
Identify new keyword opportunities and content gaps.
Analytics & Tracking Infrastructure
Manage GA4 tracking and reporting.
Maintain Google Search Console.
Configure and validate Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Create and validate UTM parameters.
Ensure accurate attribution across channels.
Produce clean, actionable performance reports.
AI & Workflow Automation
Use AI tools daily for copy, research, analysis, and reporting.
Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Reduce repetitive manual processes.
Build systems that improve output efficiency over time.
Social Media & Content Repurposing
Develop structured content plans.
Repurpose long-form content using AI tools.
Support distribution across relevant social platforms.
Align social performance with broader growth goals.
Research, Testing & Experimentation
Run structured A/B tests across channels.
Analyze performance results.
Document findings and optimization insights.
Implement iterative improvements consistently.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
Proven hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO fundamentals.
Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance metrics.
Experience implementing marketing automation workflows.
Daily user of AI tools for execution enhancement.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Data-literate and comfortable analyzing performance metrics.
Organized and systems-focused.
Results-oriented and execution-driven.
Disqualifiers
Strategy-only background without execution experience.
Heavy reliance on agencies to perform hands-on work.
Limited or no tracking implementation experience.
AI knowledge limited to surface-level usage without practical application.
