This is a remote position.
Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and targeting optimization to maximize ROI.
Develop ad creatives and messaging that align with each platform’s best practices.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with brand tone and objectives.
Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising tools.
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Experience creating and optimizing ad creatives for performance and engagement.
Ability to manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost-per-result targets.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
