We’re hiring an E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager to partner with a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand specializing in recovery products. With a strong retail presence and multiple best-selling products, this company is scaling globally across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations while driving marketing performance across paid channels. From managing cross-functional teams and ad campaigns to streamlining logistics and supporting international expansion, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution. As an E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to balance operational efficiency with growth-focused marketing execution. You’ll own both the infrastructure that keeps the business running smoothly and the strategies that fuel its revenue growth.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
