We’re hiring an E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager to partner with a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand specializing in recovery products. With a strong retail presence and multiple best-selling products, this company is scaling globally across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations while driving marketing performance across paid channels. From managing cross-functional teams and ad campaigns to streamlining logistics and supporting international expansion, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Accountability

As an E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to balance operational efficiency with growth-focused marketing execution. You’ll own both the infrastructure that keeps the business running smoothly and the strategies that fuel its revenue growth.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Directly manage a cross-functional internal team, including specialists in customer support, design, social media, and administration.
  • Foster a collaborative culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Marketing & Advertising

  • Oversee paid media strategy and budgets across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon.
  • Direct creative asset development, testing, and iteration to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Review performance analytics and optimize campaigns to ensure sustainable growth.

Platform & Product Management

  • Maintain and optimize product listings and brand presence across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok.
  • Monitor platform integrations and ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and content.

Vendor Relations & Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies, including Amazon advertising vendors.
  • Oversee collaboration with third parties to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI.

Logistics & Operations

  • Oversee logistics from manufacturing to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.
  • Partner with operations teams to reduce delays, control costs, and improve processes.

Strategic Growth

  • Lead initiatives for international market expansion into Australia, the EU, Mexico, and Canada.
  • Identify opportunities to scale revenue through new markets and emerging platforms.

You’ll work directly with the co-founder and collaborate closely with internal specialists as well as external partners and agencies.

Skills & Qualifications

As an E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager, your vertical focus will be on e-commerce growth and operations, while your horizontal strengths should include team leadership, analytics, and vendor management.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Proven track record managing both marketing and operations in an e-commerce company.
  • Paid Advertising: Expertise in performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and Amazon.
  • Analytics: Strong ability to interpret performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Platforms: Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon; Walmart and TikTok experience is a plus.
  • Leadership: Excellent team management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • International Growth: Experience supporting global expansion initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: High standard for written communication, with strong attention to detail.

Bonus skills:

  • Creative Oversight: Ability to direct asset development and creative testing.
  • Process Management: Experience streamlining logistics and operational workflows.
  • Global Experience: Prior success leading cross-border e-commerce initiatives.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
