Job Title: Full-Time Freelance Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Freelance Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects across marketing, digital assets, and sales enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, email marketing, website management, and event coordination, all with the goal of driving brand awareness and demand generation.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in supporting a lean marketing team and supporting a team across multiple marketing channels. You will work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams. You will wear many hats and make a significant impact. This is both a thinking and doing role, with the opportunity to contribute to major projects like a brand refresh, website redesign, and product launches.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Campaign Management & Optimization:
    • Execute and optimize inbound marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and workflows using HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions), and provide actionable insights to drive ROI.
  2. Website Management:
    • Regularly update website content to ensure it aligns with current campaigns and marketing goals.
    • Conduct website audits for consistency, accuracy, and SEO optimization.
  3. Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and executing conferences, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
    • Track event performance, engagement, and ROI, providing insights for future improvements.
  4. Marketing Materials & Collateral:
    • Update and maintain a library of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc.) and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Work with design teams and vendors to create new marketing materials as needed.
    • Track and manage inventory of printed materials, ensuring timely reorders.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing marketing assets, and assisting with project timelines.
    • Assist in content creation and distribution across channels (social media, email, blogs).
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on execution and optimization (financial services experience is a plus).
  • Experience in event planning and execution, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and their use for business purposes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and HTML (preferred but not required).
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
