Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Desired Skills

• Proven expertise in content creation, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing strategies, Distribution channel management, E-commerce strategy development &Brand marketing strategy execution
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative campaigns that drive growth and brand loyalty.

·        Analyse market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities for product introduction and positioning.

·        Manage social media platforms, ensuring timely and creative interactions to build a strong online presence.

·        Maintain relationships with distribution channels to optimize product placement and reach.

·        Oversee the creation of engaging digital content that aligns with the brand narrative and appeals to targeted demographics.

·        Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes continuously.

·        Report marketing activities and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
