Netrio is a fast-growing global managed IT services firm changing the way small to mid-market enterprises think about technologyβs role in driving innovation, efficiency and growth. Weβre seeking a highly organized and strategic Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and performance optimization of our trade shows and conferences, partner events, regional field events and experiential marketing programs. The right candidate will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, channel and customer success teams to deliver high-impact experiences that directly contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for national and regional trade shows, customer events and industry conferences, among others.
- Own the execution of field events (dinners, workshops, roadshows, executive briefings, etc.) that generate pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend event opportunities aligned with business objectives and target personas.
- Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations and event budget management.
Campaign Integration
- Align events with broader integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with demand generation to ensure pre- and post-event nurture programs are in place (email, digital, social, etc.).
- Track and report event ROI, lead generation and funnel influence using CRM and marketing automation tools.
Experiential Marketing
- Develop creative experiences that differentiate our brand and engage technical and executive decision-makers.
- Integrate physical and digital activations to enhance brand storytelling and capture engagement.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Partner with sales and channel teams to maximize attendance, follow-up and conversion at events.
- Create sales enablement materials and briefings to ensure alignment before, during and after events.
- Support partner co-marketing activities and third-party sponsored events.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of event, field and experiential marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or IT services.
- Proven track record of planning and executing complex trade shows and field events that drive pipeline.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Ability to travel 15-20% depending on event calendar.
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot for event workflows, landing pages and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in creative tools like Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to channel marketing, including partner-sponsored events and co-branded campaigns, and experience working with Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-marketing funds.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in event formats and experiences.
