Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible within client's business hours, 30 hours a week/6 hours a day
Client Timezone: Perth, AU
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
- Launch and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google and social media platforms
- Monitor performance and report on key metrics like conversions, traffic, and ROI
- Keep our website updated and optimized (basic edits, blog posts, page formatting)
- Conduct research on competitors, keywords, and content performance
- Track and report on budgets and KPIs using spreadsheets or dashboards
- Suggest ways to improve user experience and increase conversions
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, or external partners when needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Practical experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, etc.)
- A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable updating websites using platforms like WordPress
- Proficient in using spreadsheets to manage data and report on results
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Organized with good time management skills
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or basic automation platforms
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or managing content across professional platforms
- Background in an agency setting or working with multiple brands/clients
