Responsibilities
- Craft and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, tailoring our message to different audience segments
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and client engagement
- Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize our online presence, with a particular focus on improving our rankings for criminal law and other key practice areas
- Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential clients
- Ensure all marketing materials strictly adhere to legal industry regulations and guidelines
- Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance data to continually refine our strategies
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to create accurate, informative, and compelling content that showcases our expertise
- Manage and update our Squarespace website to ensure it remains current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with demonstrable success in improving search rankings
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record in social media management and content creation, preferably in a professional services environment (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Experience working with law firms or in the legal industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content while navigating complex regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and SEO software
- Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website management systems
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
