Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to work directly with the founder. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, is passionate about personal growth, and wants to leverage AI-powered tools to build a digital presence from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities:

Executive Operations (25%)

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support

  • Assist with tracking project deliverables and managing timelines

  • Support overall business coordination and back-end operations

Digital Marketing (75%)

  • Develop and manage the website (using platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc.)

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (including LinkedIn), email, and web channels

  • Build and manage a community of learners and establish the brand as a trusted source of insight and growth

  • Produce engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and social media

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform strategy

  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation

  • Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements

  • Implement AI-powered marketing tools for content creation and automation

  • Help set up and manage a digital learning community

Requirements

Qualifications & Attributes

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or a related field (startup experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, website/content management, and social media strategy

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.

  • Experience or interest in using AI tools for content creation, marketing, or automation

  • Passion for personal development and a growth mindset

  • Self-starter who enjoys shaping new processes and thrives in varied, evolving tasks

  • Confident working independently and leading outputs in a remote setup
