What you will do as a Customer Service
  • Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks.
  • Take inbound calls and provide process-related resolutions.
  • Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:
            o Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes.
            o Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand
            o Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer’s time and effort to resolve the                issue.
  • Core Responsibilities of Hear.com Agents are the following but not limited to:
  • Answer Post-Trial Inquiries
  • Create logistics case for Tele audiology Customers.
  • Create cases for customers requesting a copy of invoice.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for defective Hearing aids and at home test of hearing aids.
  • Reschedule appointment for hearing aids evaluation.
  • Answer questions regarding financing (payment concerns)
  • Answer general questions about the customer's account.

What ClearSource Needs from You
  • At least College Level
  • Preferred BPO Experience with CSR background
  • English written communication and Verbal Communication must be strong
