As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you’ll shape how brands communicate visually and emotionally across platforms. Your success as a Creative Marketing Specialist will be measured by your ability to combine creative excellence with data-driven execution. You’ll ensure that each design, campaign, and message not only captures attention but also achieves results.
Your closest collaborators will include members of the marketing, content, and growth teams—each working together to produce high-performing, visually cohesive campaigns.
At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure you’re continuously developing your creative, analytical, and strategic capabilities.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
