Job Description: You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming a thriving coaching practice’s marketing efforts from manual to scalable. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll create compelling digital assets that capture leads and showcase expertise to thousands of engaged professionals. Responsibilities:
- Design and create PDFs, ebooks, and assessment questionnaires for lead generation and client onboarding
 
- Transform written articles into engaging Canva carousel slides optimized for LinkedIn engagement
 
- Ensure all visual content meets LinkedIn advertising compliance and formatting requirements
 
- Upload articles and manage image formatting on WordPress website with proper sizing and placement
 
- Manage client inquiry emails using established templates and response protocols
 
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms with strategic timing
 
- Maintain consistent weekly content production schedule to support ongoing marketing campaigns
 
- Extract key insights from long-form content using AI tools to create digestible social media formats
 
- Coordinate content boosting and LinkedIn ad campaigns following established guidelines
 
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Canva with demonstrated understanding of LinkedIn advertising format requirements
 
- Basic WordPress experience for content uploads, image management, and formatting
 
- Proven experience creating professional digital marketing materials (PDFs, ebooks, lead magnets)
 
- Strong written communication skills for email management and client interactions
 
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content extraction and creation
 
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative assistance
 
- Bonus if you have experience with executive coaching or professional development content
