MISSION

We are looking for an integrated Copywriter who understands that content today doesn’t live only in digital, but across a full ecosystem: social, retail, campaigns, physical touchpoints, and brand experience.

This role is not just about writing pieces. It’s about building brand narratives in real time, adapting to culture, and connecting communication with business impact.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Create social-first copy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube

• Develop short-form, trend-driven and reactive content ideas

• Execute copy across 360 integrated campaigns (digital + offline)

• Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints

• Adapt content for retail and in-store communications

• Manage high-volume content adaptations with quality control

• Work in agile teams, iterate fast, and respond to feedback

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in digital copywriting and integrated campaigns

• Ability to write for both social media and offline/retail formats

• Strong understanding of digital culture, trends, and behaviors

• Social-first mindset, but not limited to social

• High adaptability and ability to work under pressure

• Native Portuguese (Brazil) + intermediate/advanced English

• Strong creative judgment and fast execution
