Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years, including internships or project-based work in marketing.

Skills & Abilities:

  • A deep interest in staying current on marketing trends and experimenting with new digital tools.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B marketing concepts and tools
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for learning and discovering new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive attitude with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience running social media advertising.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Develop email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, campaign strategy, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies to drive leads through various digital channels (e.g., social media, paid ads, SEO, content marketing).

Lead Nurture:

  • Strategize and execute lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work with CRM tools to track lead behavior and engagement and optimize nurture workflows.
  • Support the creation of personalized email sequences and content that resonate with target audiences.

Sales Collateral Creation:

  • Assist in the creation and design of sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and email templates – In partnership with the in-house creative team.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop content that supports customer needs and helps close deals.

Event Marketing:

  • Planning, promoting, and executing virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Handle event logistics, attendee communication, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Measure and report on the success of event marketing efforts.

Content Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, execute strategies, and drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, engaging, and result in measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of innovative marketing campaigns, taking full ownership from concept to completion.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and improvement within the marketing department, and proactively pitch ideas to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation.
  • Work independently to solve problems, troubleshoot challenges, and bring creative solutions to the table.
