We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Demand Writer to join our team. This remote, Colombia-based position offers the opportunity to support U.S. law firms by delivering top-notch legal documentation and support, utilizing AI technologies like ChatGPT to enhance legal writing.

Role Overview:
As a Legal Demand Writer, you will be integral in creating effective legal documents and managing communications with clients to ensure their needs are met with the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Demand Letters: Synthesize case information to create compelling demand letters.
• Case Management: Analyze detailed case information and manage client interactions effectively.
• Legal Research: Perform comprehensive research to ensure all documentation is current and accurate.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, effective, and reassuring communication with clients.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background in legal or demand writing, with personal injury law experience being a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, paralegal certification preferred.
• Skills: Excellent command of English, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using AI tools.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia and available for a PDT schedule.
