- 4+ years of experience working with AI/LLM tools (Content Writing in Specific),Worked directly product or engineering in defining workflows and SOP improvements
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Ability to find operational gaps and errors with Gen AI flows
- Worked as a lead or project manager within the Gen AI space
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of internet safety issues, trends, and regulations, paired with proficiency in office software and content management systems.
